He was flexible in how much we wanted him to do, versus what he felt needed to be done. When asked, Valen took charge of letting people into the house to do what needed to be done to get the house ready for sale. His understanding of the local market allowed for setting a price point that was spot on. When offers came in, he was flexible in guiding the response and counters but firm in knowing what was reasonable.
