Felix stuck with me throughout the selling period. He offered great advise and helped me to adapt to the changing market conditions. The make the property an easy sell. He always communicated information to me in a timely manner even after closing. I will always love to work with Felix.

Reached out to Daniel about a lot of land I was wanting to buy, had paper work to sign the very next day, very quick and easy to work with, and could answer any question I had !!

We sold a house with Lane and Tracy almost a decade ago, and now in moving back to the area, we knew immediately we would buy with them as well. They helped us navigate a couple of contracts falling through due to seller/house issues and then our eventual home purchase, negotiating repairs, and seeing it through to closing. Lane is so knowledgeable about all aspects of the process and the south Charlotte market, and a great negotiator. We were always confident he was going to bat for us.

Melissa did and amazing job. We loved working with her. She made everything go so smoothly. She went above and beyond getting all the formation about the house we wanted to buy to make sure it was the best option for us. She was professional and helped us as much as she could. I would recommend her a 100%.
