Initially she spent several months with us getting to know us, as well as refine what we wanted. As we were coming from out of state the entire process took over a year and four visits. Valerie kept us informed of houses that were either currently on the market or coming on the market, and gladly walked through one with us over Face-Time. She provided us with an array of about twenty houses to look at, as well as arranging for us to see houses that we found.
