And this is what you need in this highly competitive market. As a buyer's agent she was unflagging in her help and support and left no stone unturned as we attempted (and eventually succeeded!) in getting a house under contract in our price range. She listened to what we wanted and helped us to find it, while also helping us think outside the box as we considered our options. Bobbi really knows her stuff and is incredibly attentive to the market. In the rare instance where she doesn't know (probably some arcane detail...), she will look it up right away and find the answer.
