Working with Valerie Was a Gift!

What a blessing to be referred to Valerie and to have her as our Agent. Working with her was easy and fun. Initially she spent several months with us getting to know us, as well as refine what we wanted. As we were coming from out of state the entire process took over a year and four visits. Valerie kept us informed of houses that were either currently on the market or coming on the market, and gladly walked through one with us over Face-Time. She provided us with an array of about twenty houses to look at, as well as arranging for us to see houses that we found. After we found "our house" she made the closing process easy, and helped us to find a wonderful painter so we could personalize our house, as well as assisting us with other post purchase needs. We feel Valerie really knows this market and area very well. She promptly answers communications and is always warm, friendly and professional. We feel we have also made a friend. Thank you Valerie!!
