We can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience with Byron Greiner and his team at Dwell AVL. We reached out to him a few days after my mother’s unexpected death. My brother and I both had to travel from out of state to prepare the house for sale. Bryon was there the first weekend and helped us walk through all of the steps needed to put the house on the market. He and his team were always there to answer our questions and advise us on the best options. Her house sold within the first few days! Their professionalism, calm demeanor and thoughtful solutions made for a great experience. A FIVE STAR team, for sure!!

She is very honest and will tell you exactly what it takes to get your home sold. If you do the things she asks it will get your home sold. A lot of times it will require work by the seller. But in the end it is all about the end result. She even gets the hard to sell homes sold! Other agents either don' t care enough to put that much effort or else hopes to throw out the listing and hope something will stick.

What a blessing to be referred to Valerie and to have her as our Agent. Working with her was easy and fun. Initially she spent several months with us getting to know us, as well as refine what we wanted. As we were coming from out of state the entire process took over a year and four visits.
