DJ was my agent when I purchased a house in Connestee in 2019. She was pleasant, helpful and easy to talk to. She is very knowledgeable about the area was always available to answer a question about a potential contractor or great local restaurant. Years later trying to sell and facing changing markets, interest rates, horrible storm damage to the area in an overall down market, DJ stuck with my listing and managed maintenance and overall watch of the property while I lived out of state. My experience with DJ on both sides of a purchase was just great!

She is very honest and will tell you exactly what it takes to get your home sold. If you do the things she asks it will get your home sold. A lot of times it will require work by the seller. But in the end it is all about the end result. She even gets the hard to sell homes sold! Other agents either don' t care enough to put that much effort or else hopes to throw out the listing and hope something will stick.

Initially she spent several months with us getting to know us, as well as refine what we wanted. As we were coming from out of state the entire process took over a year and four visits. Valerie kept us informed of houses that were either currently on the market or coming on the market, and gladly walked through one with us over Face-Time. She provided us with an array of about twenty houses to look at, as well as arranging for us to see houses that we found. After we found "our house" she made the closing process easy, and helped us to find a wonderful painter so we could personalize our house, as well as assisting us with other post purchase needs.
