Shannon is easily the best real estate professional we’ve ever worked with. Time and again she went the extra mile for us. Our purchase came at the initial outbreak of Covid 19, so as out of town buyers we had to do almost everything remotely. Shannon was superb. She crawled into the attic for us, poked around in the crawl space, took photos and videos, measured the rooms, etc. Her knowledge of local rules and procedures was spot on. She overcame a last-minute glitch that almost cost us the house. She did all these things cheerfully and enthusiastically. She was also a wonderful ambassador for the Asheville area. We can’t imagine not holding on to Shannon as a friend. She’s smart, dedicated, tireless and impressive. A very nice person!
