When we came down from out of state and he committed a whole week to help us maximize our time while there to find our perfect home and made great suggestions on where to look. He explained the nuisances of NC to us well so we know what to expect. He always gave us our personal space to explore the properties but easily available to answer questions. Our property deal negotiations were not simple from start to post-closing but even after the ink dried he was there to help us navigate the issues.

Bailey and Nolan did a great job in advertising our house. They were very responsive to answer our questions. They provided us with good recommendations for transporting our second car to Boulder, finding a reasonable person to crate our pool table and most important finding a moving company that was very competent. We highly recommend them.
We had begun working with Andrew quite a few years ago. Our goal was to relocate from PA to NC. Andrew was very patient for about 4-5 yrs and extremely helpful in locating the right property. Even more, he helped provide a solution for the 1 year between settlement and moving down to NC permanently.
Andrew has provided great insight to us during our search over the past two years. He has gone above and beyond in providing lots of information and perspective during our search from out of state.
