We were looking to buy a condo on Lake Norman. Gary had us on a Portal. A new listing came up. We were out of state. Gary immediately booked a show time and he did a video call to us. He walked us through the entire condo. He made sure everything in the unit was working (AC, dish washer, clothes washer & dryer, garbage disposal, fridge, ice maker, water, toilets, windows etc).
