I would highly recommend him to all those who are looking to buy a home or looking to sell their home. He is very understanding, patient, Accommodating, and just a great all around human being. I first started off with the agent who was hired to sell my property. Later on during the process, I found that she was not a good fit to complete the task. Jim came into the picture and gave 110% of his time and effort to get my home in North Carolina sold while I was in Tennessee. He always kept me informed of what is going on and processes that need to be taken. you will be very happy for the services that you hired him for in the real estate realm. 💯

He will call and give you info, follow it up with a text confirming everything and sometimes even video messages so that you can replay them at a later time. He is also very patient with answering questions and taking the time to make sure you understand. Parker is also detailed oriented so you do not have to worry about him missing something that would put your deal in jeopardy. There are a lot of Agents out there with a lot of different styles.
