Parker Ward is what you want in a Real Estate Agent. His communication is 10 Stars + ! He will call and give you info, follow it up with a text confirming everything and sometimes even video messages so that you can replay them at a later time. He is also very patient with answering questions and taking the time to make sure you understand. Parker is also detailed oriented so you do not have to worry about him missing something that would put your deal in jeopardy. There are a lot of Agents out there with a lot of different styles.
