We decided to sell our home and we went back with Amanda Stokes since she originally helped us find this home. We have eventually sold the home, but communication wasn’t as smooth as we had hoped. She is a fine agent and it may not be specific to her, but I struggle when agents act like you work for them instead of the other way around. Multiple times we were told to contact the buying agent directly by Amanda. That seems to be our agents role. There were several times when I wondered what our agent fees were covering ($46,000+ total between the two). I appreciate an agents input, but ultimately it is our home and we are paying for her services. We bought a home four hours away from the one we sold and our buying agent was the exact opposite. She could not have been more understanding, accommodating, and reflective of our wishes. We bought the new home before we sold the home with the Amanda and I know the agent we used to buy our new home set a high bar which impacted my perception of Amanda, but I do not think I should expect less either way. Selling a homes stressful and the agent should be asking questions to seek understanding.

Brooke is the best in the business! She is super knowledgable on all aspects from beginning to end. She will work with AND for you to get everything you need out of the deal. She will do everything in her power to get you the best deal possible, as well as make it a smooth seamless transaction. Brooke always answered every question thoroughly and timely (I had a lot being a first time home buyer - sorry Brooke!!). This allowed ease and confidence in every move we made. Brooke is hands down the best in the business. Do not hesitate to allow her to be your buyers agent OR sellers agent. Brooke is a great agent, but an even better person.
