Andrea responded in a timely manner on all communications. Loved the video she did of our cabin. She is very savvy in marketing and went out of her way to be sure our property was shown at its best. Very caring and a good negotiator with our best interest at heart.

Jeffrey was very helpful and comforting with the sale of my house after my husband passed away. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in knowing or researching everything needed in setting this sale up. My husband Scott passed away suddenly without all renovations completed, and Jeffrey advised me well in how to sell it unfinished. (mostly finished though). Jeffrey and his wife Emmaline went above and beyond their call of duty with things, they swept before or after showings, picked up sticks while checking on the house for me. I had moved to be near my daughters, and they made sure everything was always ready for a showing. They kept me informed of everything going on and when it came time to negotiate on a sale price, he was very professional and looked out for my best interest. He set everything up so I didn't need to be present at closing, since it would be hard for me to be there emotionally. I can't express enough how much he has done to help me get everything in the sheds cleaned out and ready to be in the best condition to show. I will be eternally grateful to Jeffrey and his wife Emmaline for their knowledge and support in this sale!

Joe was fantastic to work with— he was easy to get in touch with and constantly keeping an eye out for properties that met our needs. He gave us honest reviews of the properties we toured and let us know if he had concerns about moving forward. Joe promptly scheduled showings for homes we were interested I and we were able to find the home that was perfect for us. Highly recommend Mountainscape Realty!
