About Jeff

I am a life long Ashe County resident and very familiar with the entire North Carolina High Country. After spending 27+ years in automotive retail business it was time for the next chapter of life to begin. My wife Amy and I sold our business Ashe County Ford, Inc. in September 2022 so it was time for a new career. I have always had an interest in real estate and helping people, so here I am, putting my years of customer service to work to help you find your dream home, investment property, or vacant land to build your dream home. If you are looking to sale your home or land and don't know where to start I can help with that also. I may be new to selling real estate, but not customer service and that is what you can count on from me.

Excellent with every aspect of the sale of my house

Jeffrey was very helpful and comforting with the sale of my house after my husband passed away. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in knowing or researching everything needed in setting this sale up. My husband Scott passed away suddenly without all renovations completed, and Jeffrey advised me well in how to sell it unfinished. (mostly finished though). Jeffrey and his wife Emmaline went above and beyond their call of duty with things, they swept before or after showings, picked up sticks while checking on the house for me. I had moved to be near my daughters, and they made sure everything was always ready for a showing. They kept me informed of everything going on and when it came time to negotiate on a sale price, he was very professional and looked out for my best interest. He set everything up so I didn't need to be present at closing, since it would be hard for me to be there emotionally. I can't express enough how much he has done to help me get everything in the sheds cleaned out and ready to be in the best condition to show. I will be eternally grateful to Jeffrey and his wife Emmaline for their knowledge and support in this sale!

Highly recommend Jeff Dollar

Jeff Dollar did an outstanding job helping me sell my property at 949 Coy Ham Road. From the very beginning, Jeff was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He guided me through every step of the process and kept me informed the entire time. Jeff has a great understanding of the local real estate market, and his advice on pricing and marketing the property made a big difference. The sale went smoothly and quicker than I expected, which I truly appreciated. What stood out most to me was Jeff’s honesty and willingness to answer any questions I had along the way. He made sure everything was handled correctly and always took the time to explain things clearly. If you are looking for a realtor who is dependable, hardworking, and truly cares about his clients, I highly recommend Jeff Dollar and Realty ONE Group Results. Thank you again, Jeff!
