Jenn always go way beyond our expectation!

While researching moving to North Carolina from Massachusetts we found Katie and Adriano’s YouTube channel. Meeting them over zoom there was an instant connection & we wanted them as our realtors. We arranged a four-day trip to view homes and Katie meticulously planned our itinerary. The first days homes were discouraging but Katie was always positive we would find the right house. Day 2 we found our home and Katie arranged for us to see it again the next day, she was just as excited as us! Katie explained the next steps and helped us through every little hiccup that arose while being in Massachusetts. Katie went above & beyond our expectations, we met a great friend!

Highly recommend. Brooke not only listened when we expressed our needs and wants, but covertly noticed things that drew our attention and especially things we didn't see, so she quickly began to predict what aspects of each house to point out. Brooke honestly told us positives and red flags at each viewing. I feel she really tried to know us, to find the best home for us. And she did!!

Angela was beyond amazing! She definitely knows her stuff! She also was top notch about answering any questions I had! She is super nice and easy to get along with! I recommend her if you are wanting to buy or sell a house!

Working with Sasha was an excellent experience. I started out five years ago looking at just blank land and she showed me several beautiful pieces of property but some of them either didn't work or out a budget. And as time went on my disabilities started to catch up plans changed. Once again she started showing me property would houses and being a picky customer😆 she stuck with me. Just a little note thrown in here I worked with probably for other realtors before Sasha They did not have the drive that Sasha had to help me find my final house. Also this is my first time ever purchasing property and a house. So finally I landed on 5 acres in Belwood North Carolina at a good price for me🤔😬 So anybody that reads this I highly recommend working with Sasha Elliott . You'll be very pleased working with her...
