Tammy is an amazing realtor and very pleasant to work with! I can’t say enough about her. She knows what to look for and what to avoid when buying a home and is protective of her clients. With every home we visited she took the time to research and often previewed the home before we saw it so that she could help us make a wise and informed decision. Tammy went into every crawl space and attic when it was necessary to check for possible concerns. When it was time to negotiate, Tammy was fierce and did her best to help us get what we needed to close on the home. Tammy is extremely thorough and made sure every detail of the contract was carried out. Tammy and her husband went above and beyond when we ran into an issue after closing-they were there to help us. I was humbled that my realtor did not drop us after closing, but instead, quickly came to our rescue. I hope I never have to move again, but if I do, I will be calling Tammy Fenton.

Jeffrey was very helpful and comforting with the sale of my house after my husband passed away. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in knowing or researching everything needed in setting this sale up. My husband Scott passed away suddenly without all renovations completed, and Jeffrey advised me well in how to sell it unfinished. (mostly finished though). Jeffrey and his wife Emmaline went above and beyond their call of duty with things, they swept before or after showings, picked up sticks while checking on the house for me. I had moved to be near my daughters, and they made sure everything was always ready for a showing. They kept me informed of everything going on and when it came time to negotiate on a sale price, he was very professional and looked out for my best interest. He set everything up so I didn't need to be present at closing, since it would be hard for me to be there emotionally.
