I started out five years ago looking at just blank land and she showed me several beautiful pieces of property but some of them either didn't work or out a budget. And as time went on my disabilities started to catch up plans changed. Once again she started showing me property would houses and being a picky customer😆 she stuck with me. Just a little note thrown in here I worked with probably for other realtors before Sasha They did not have the drive that Sasha had to help me find my final house. Also this is my first time ever purchasing property and a house. So finally I landed on 5 acres in Belwood North Carolina at a good price for me🤔😬 So anybody that reads this I highly recommend working with Sasha Elliott . You'll be very pleased working with her... This is my second home bought with Doug. He always goes above and beyond to make the process smooth and easy. He truly advocates for us as buyers, calling the sellers agent with any concerns, coordinating with the insurance agents and builders, among more. I truly feel like he has our back and everything gets done very efficiently with him. Beyond that, he is super accessible. I text him to see if he has a few minutes to chat and really no matter when, he gives me an instant call back and answers my questions. We will be continuing to work with Doug for any future house purchases or even sales!
