She got us set up with better rates helped with insurance had recommendations to get everything done her experience is unmatched and god forbid we ever have to do this again but i wouldnt do it with out her. His team has the firepower and relationships to go to the market place on your behalf as a buyer. After we closed he has been helpful in recommending fence/landscaping services.
