I truly feel like he has our back and everything gets done very efficiently with him. Beyond that, he is super accessible. I text him to see if he has a few minutes to chat and really no matter when, he gives me an instant call back and answers my questions. We will be continuing to work with Doug for any future house purchases or even sales! Lina Morrow is a true professional. I appreciated her working with my daughter on a lot of the process stuff. The closing was smooth in spite of the Covid virus issues. We used the Docusign process to facilitate the bid/offer and the closing documents.
