⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We couldn’t have asked for a better Realtor than Matt Morano, the North Carolina Realty Guy. Moving from the Philadelphia area to North Carolina involved a number of complex details, and Matt handled every one of them with confidence, accuracy, and ease. We first found Matt through his YouTube videos, which were informative, honest, and refreshingly low pressure. In person, he was just as impressive. His knowledge of the area and the different communities, his prompt communication, and his friendly, professional demeanor made the entire process a pleasure. Even more valuable were the questions he encouraged us to ask and the issues he helped us think through before they became problems. If you’re looking for someone you can trust to guide you through a move to North Carolina, I recommend Matt without hesitation.

Matt is an outstanding realtor to work with. He found the home that my wife and I are in now and the new home (for us) we just purchased. Great to work with, very knowledgeable, detail oriented, excellent communication, and a wonderful person. There is no one else we would work with.detail oriented-and a wonderful and caring person.

My experience with Matt so much more than I expected. I have so many positive adjectives to offer. Matt is incredibly knowledgeable about the real estate process. He was able to offer me excellent advice and also always took the initiative. His communication skills are superior. He always responded immediately to calls, texts, and emails. Matt worked incredibly hard driving many miles to be present at appointments of my newly constructed house. If you need someone who is very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the realty business, contact Matt. I guarantee that you will not be disappointed, and in fact impressed with his skills. He was a wonderful advocate for me. In my experience he stands well above others in his field.
