Excellent, knowledgeable, ambitious, professional and friendly are just a few of the words to describe Kyna. I could not say enough great things about her. My parents hired Kyna to find the house which was quite the task considering my mom's disabilities and a limited budget. Unfortunately, my dad passed away in the middle of remodeling and my mom had to sell since she couldn't live alone. As my mom's POA and her wishes, we didn't have to think twice about who to hire since we already knew how great Kyna was when they bought the house. I got in touch with Kyna and she promptly responded she would be glad to help. Even though it was very hard to navigate certain issues because it was in the middle of self-remodeling, Kyna would promptly find an answer if she didn't already know it. She researched the market to find the best selling price and it sold within two days! And as a bonus, it sold above the asking price! Kyna helped me through the whole process all the way to closing. I wouldn't have been able to do it without her. If you're looking for a real estate agent, don't hesitate to choose Kyna.

My experience with Laura was exceptional, as I knew it would be. Laura was accessible anytime day or night and very quick to respond. I would not use anyone else for my real estate needs in the Charlotte area except the Maultsby group!
