Stacey had an incredibly difficult buyer's agent(s) to deal with on my behalf and she had to dedicate many, many hours and days over the months to communicate with very immature, brutish and irrational buyers agents and the buyer himself, demanding unvalidated repairs on an as-is cash sale. They were unrelenting with their demands that actually breached the 2T as-is NC real estate contract, yet they called and made appointments though due diligence and on holidays. As comfortable, but aging, 30-year Lake Norman area residents, my husband Mike and I were warily considering downsizing from our large lakeview home amid lush landscaping and returning to Charlotte, NC, where we had raised our children.
