Tracy was fantastic in everything she did when helping me to find a house to buy. She is very knowledgable and went out of her way to help me. Don't hesitate to call her for any of your real estate needs. She answered all of my questions and helped me to find a loan company and with finding insurance for my home. She sent me many options of homes to consider which was very helpful.

Stacey had an incredibly difficult buyer's agent(s) to deal with on my behalf and she had to dedicate many, many hours and days over the months to communicate with very immature, brutish and irrational buyers agents and the buyer himself, demanding unvalidated repairs on an as-is cash sale. They were unrelenting with their demands that actually breached the 2T as-is NC real estate contract, yet they called and made appointments though due diligence and on holidays. Stacey remained confident, strong and negotiated on my behalf understanding my financial needs with this sale and very intuitive to my reactions through this very difficult sale. She's a gem, and deserves all success and joy as a stellar realtor and person.

As comfortable, but aging, 30-year Lake Norman area residents, my husband Mike and I were warily considering downsizing from our large lakeview home amid lush landscaping and returning to Charlotte, NC, where we had raised our children. We (mainly me) envisioned buying a townhouse or condo near our oldest daughter there; but the requisite "transition" details of house selling and searching had delayed our acting on this "vision". Our Charlotte daughter recommended we "at least consult with Renee Foster," a Charlotte realtor and our daughter's fellow soccer mom. By February, 2022, Mike and I agreed to meeting in our home with Renee, whose humor and good company he recalled whenever we went to our grandson's soccer events over the years. (Mike was especially leery of leaving the ease of our LKN living in order to acquire smaller Charlotte "quarters" and risking our financial comfort.) Knowing it would take an exceptional real estate professional to ease Mike's reluctance to this life-changing project, I suspected Renee was the answer to our realtor worries. Renee's success in the Charlotte market, her willingness to drive the 30+ miles to our LKN home and to tackle that market, PLUS her humorous personality definitely eased our realtor skepticism. Renee's patient, detailed explanation to us of the fast-paced, cash-dominant home sales market in LKN and in Charlotte addressed our worries that our home sale would be fast, maybe furious, but profitable. And she delivered! By mid-March, Renee patiently, diligently, and creatively located an affordable, large townhome in our SPECIFIED secluded park side location just 10 minutes from our daughter's home! We bought it; then listed our LKN home which sold 30 hours later for an unimagined price as Renee had assured us! Renee Foster's dogged service to our needs (from selling to buying to closings to remodeling to moving in) has sealed our high regard for her professionalism and for her friendship!!!
