Kevin was consistently responsive and proactive in finding us listings to check out. He would even go out on his own to speak to potential neighbors and prospective sellers on our behalf. He was patient with us as we toured homes for several months that weren't quite a fit. He was generous in his time and resources as we negotiated with the seller, and wielded a depth of knowledge about the negotiation process, which helped us get multiple repairs made by the seller ahead of our closing date.
