Nothing but good things to say about Ms. Offnick, had never been involved with selling a home and was concerned about all the stories I had heard about real estate agents. Must say that she was very professional, was able to understand my needs and worked with me to put together a logical and comprehensive plan to market my property. After the sale had been completed, I discovered that the lawyer representing the buyer in closing had made a very big mistake in my favor. I notified Ms. Offnick of the situation and she was able to get the mistake corrected. Her comments regarding the situation were, " I want to be fair to both parties in any property sale" . She has many associates and resources to get things done. Through her network we had landscapers, painters, repair professionals, packers, movers and more at our disposal. There were a couple of restriction on the property, which were fully disclosed, but were an issue for some potential buyers.
