From the first time Teresa Renfroe from Mark Spain Realty came into our living room to give us information on how to market our property for sale we were very impressed. We were so impressed that we did not even bother to interview any other real estate agents. She was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. She laid out and effectively explained all options that Mark Spain offered. We opted for the traditional sale. Within 2 days of the listing we had more hits than we anticipated. Ms. Renfroe was on top of all appointments and worked tirelessly to make our very swift offer a reality. If she could not take phone calls she would make sure that she returned them even when we least expected. Within 30 days, from the inception of the offer we closed on our property.

I spoke with several real estate agents in the Kings Mountain area, and Victoria  Lawson was the only one who showed up, was on time, and prepared.  The property sold was 'As Is.' It was a great flip or investment opportunity. I was pleased with the suggestion and how the Taylor Law firm helped me. There were a number of errors committed by the buyer's attorney and staff. There was a breach of the contract.  Victoria stayed on top of the buyer's legal firm and ensured they did not falter.    I have faith in Victoria Lawson's expertise as an experienced real estate agent. I would have no concern in using her again. Her strong relationships with the surrounding community, combined with her extensive real estate transaction experience, which includes being a great advocate for me, make her an outstanding agent.
