We were given ample time to examine each house in detail, to ask questions, and to have Matt and Jordan point out certain features of each house. If there were questions which they did not have answers readily available for, they promptly found out in expedient fashion. What really impressed us, though, was once we had settled upon a house, the experience, skill and deft of Matt and Jordan during the negotiation period. Without doubt, had it been any other set of realtors, I do not know whether we would have been successfully able to close upon the house. Edie truly went above and beyond to get us into our new home in Charlotte/Mint Hill. Moving cross-country from Illinois was a big change and neither my wife or I had ever been to Charlotte prior to this home-buying process. Edie spent so much of her time and two entire weekends not only finding and showing us properties but also driving us all over the greater Charlotte area and showing us all it has to offer! She was extremely knowledgeable on the market overall but also in the various neighborhoods and surrounding suburbs! She also took the time to really get to know us and what we were looking for in a property for our young growing family. There were some unforeseen issues with our closing timing due to no fault of our own and Edie worked tirelessly into the late evening to get us into the house successfully! She was so calm and supportive throughout the whole process and we are so thankful and grateful for everything she did for us!

I could not have asked for a better experience overall! This was my first time buying a home and I had no idea what to expect.
