We’ve had the pleasure of working with Kara twice now first in 2020 and again this summer, and we couldn’t recommend her more highly. Both times, she went above and beyond to make the process smooth, straightforward, and successful. Most importantly, both of our homes sold for over asking! She is knowledgeable, responsive, strategic, and truly cares about her clients. The fact that we chose to work with her again several years later says a lot about the trust we have in her. We would absolutely work with her again and recommend her to anyone looking for a fantastic real estate agent.

From start to finish Kara took charge with amazing knowledge of the current market and guided us every step of the way. While being sensitive to our needs she was also realistic. Will use next time and every time!

I met Kara completely by chance in an elevator. She was so warm, kind, and easy to talk to that by the end of the elevator ride, I asked if she was taking new clients. I’m so glad I did. As first-time homebuyers, we had literally a million questions. Kara patiently answered every single one. She walked us through each step of the process, explained things we didn’t understand, and made sure we always felt informed and confident in our decisions. We never felt pressured or rushed—just genuinely supported. Kara is also, without exaggeration, one of the hardest-working people I know. She is incredibly responsive, proactive, organized, and always willing to go the extra mile. Throughout the entire process, it was obvious that she truly cared about our family and about helping us find the right home. What started as a random elevator conversation turned into one of the best decisions we could have made during our home-buying experience. We feel incredibly lucky that we happened to meet Kara that day and cannot recommend her highly enough. If you’re looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, hardworking, patient, and genuinely wonderful to work with, Kara is your person.
