Let me start by saying I rarely post reviews of any kind. That said, I feel compelled to in this case because if anyone deserves a Five-Star recommendation, it’s Nancy Caggia. I came to our first meeting loaded with 1,000 Questions about the Raleigh-Durham area. Not only did Nancy answer every question in remarkable detail, she happily indulged another 1,000 or so follow-up questions I had for her in the ensuing weeks. To say, “She knows every neighborhood in Raleigh" would be a gross understatement. It would be more accurate to say that she knows every street... every house... every school... every shopping center… every park bench, light post, stop sign and bike trail… But that’s not all. I should also tell you that I was a terrible Client! My search parameters were awful and I got quite used to sending Nancy last-minute texts in the middle of the night. Most agents would’ve been irritated but Nancy responded quickly and accurately, each and every time. We covered more ground, faster and more efficiently than I would have with any other realtor. Don’t waste your time looking for answers here and there. (The Internet is the worst.) If you’re considering a move to Raleigh, just call Nancy Caggia. She has all the information you'll need to make the big decision. And she gives it to you straight. Thank you for everything Nancy… mostly your patience… nice to know there’s still a few good people in the world. -j

Kenisha was wonderful. She worked with us during every step of the process to sell our home from getting needed repairs through the actual sell of our home. We were selling our home in a changing market. Kenisha not only understood the market, but she understood our needs. Kenisha worked diligently to get our home sold as soon as possible. Kenisha was able to develop creative ideas from the feedback she received from agents and people visiting our home to further enhance the appeal of our home. Overall Kenisha was professional and personable. She always responded to us promptly, answering all of our questions. Kenisha was compassionate, patient and took her time in ensuring we understood all parts of the process. She went above and beyond her role as our agent. She made a time that can be extremely stressful bearable. I would highly recommend Kenisha for your home selling or buying needs. I definitely will be working with her and her team again without hesitation.

Sharon was recommended to us by a friend and we're so happy she was! She has extensive knowledge of the whole process and was incredibly helpful in the purchase of our new home and sale of our old home. She worked with us to get to showings quickly, and was ready with insight and input on many of the homes we saw. Once we found our new home she connected us with a wonderful inspector and walked us through everything. On the sale of our old home, she gave us great input on staging and fielding showings and offers.

Susan's a real pro - pays close attention to every seemingly little detail. She will go to great lengths to make everything perfect, from timing, to sign placement to interior design. At a higher level, her experience shows with the strategy and counsel she applies/provides. She's fun and confident. Our sale required a lot of communications and adjustments, compared to others in our past. She was always available to help. Always. She has quick and extensive access to top-shelf resources: movers, warehouses, locksmiths, for example. She makes it so you don't have to worry. There were two or three points in the process where we thought "We wouldn't want anyone else representing us." There's more to say. But suffice it to say you won't find a better real estate professional.

As an investor who does not reside in RTP, you are looking for a real estate partner who can serve as your eyes and ears on the ground. You would also hope for that person to be prompt, diligent, focused, and dedicated. Brandon, I'm happy to say, possesses all of these traits. Additionally, he has a high level of empathy, which is a quality I did not initially value in a real estate partner but now value highly. Anyone reading this review I guarantee would not repent going with Brandon.
