Real estate teams in NC, 27603

We had an excellent experience working with our realtor, who went above and beyond to make selling our home as smooth and stress-free as possible. Her expertise, communication, and guidance throughout the entire process were exceptional!

Maya is extremely knowledgeable of the housing market and was great to work with. She was transparent throughout the process and consistently prepared us with all available options even with a weird market. Highly recommend!

Phillip Donahoo has provided us with excellent service during extremely difficult and stressful life situations. We appreciate his guidance through the selling process from start to finish. Highly recommended him and his wife, Amy, to anyone in need of excellent realtors.

As an out of state buyer with limited time to house look when I was in NC, Wake Forest area, Philip was prepared when we met. He had an information file containing all the pertinent data on each house I was to visit. Philip checked my required boxes & now I’m a very happy homeowner enjoying quite country living in Youngsville, NC.

Working with Amy was truly one of the best parts of our home-buying experience. From the very beginning, she was warm, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to really get to know us — not just what we were looking for in a house, but who we are as a family. What meant so much to us was how amazing she was with our kids. She would play with them and keep them entertained while we toured homes, which made everything so much easier and more enjoyable. Amy was also incredibly flexible and understanding of our busy schedules. She didn’t hesitate to show the same home to my husband and me on different days so we could each see it in person. Her communication was always clear and timely, and we never felt out of the loop. During negotiations, Amy was calm, confident, and truly had our best interests at heart. It’s easy to see why everyone who knows her loves her — she has a special way of making you feel supported, heard, and cared for throughout the entire process. We are so grateful for everything Amy did for us and would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
