We were moving from NJ and initially were looking in the Chapel Hill and Durham area but pivoted to Raleigh to be closer to the high school one of our sons was going to be attending. Kathy always made time to show us all the homes we wanted to see. She was a fantastic negotiator with the builder we ultimately bought from. She helped line up a great home inspector, helped us find a lawyer for our closing, and recommended a home and auto insurance company. She is 100% professional, crazy smart, hard working and a delight to work with. Her communication with us throughout the whole process was fantastic. She assisted us in purchasing our first home and any time I had questions about the process that I didn’t understand, she never made me feel stupid for it.
