Trust the Process... we all know buying and selling a home is a daunting task and we were fortunate to have the support and guidance of a fantastic realtor in Samantha Berg. Samantha is the definition of "Hustle". She went above and beyond to represent us at every step in the process, she listened to our needs, and gave us solid advice all along the way. Her recommendations for mortgage services, insurance, inspection and many other things were spot on, saving us time, money and aggravation. In selling our house, she had a great vision for our home and how to show its best features to prospective buyers. We highly recommend the staging service, it worked out very well for us, with our house having a very solid offer, sight unseen, before the listing was officially active. During the buying process, we warned Samantha that we were very picky. Samantha noted the things we were looking for, demonstrated her knowledge of the market and showed us several great homes. She answered all of our questions and was patient with us as we worked out what the best option was. As the process moved forward, there were a few problems/crises, and Samantha was up to the task every single time. When we were stressed about issues or the process, Samantha would tell us to "Trust the Process" and she would hustle to get every problem fixed and every question answered. There was one potentially huge problem with our purchase (undisclosed tax lien) that could have taken weeks, even months to fix. Samantha called all the required parties, went back and forth with people for hours, and had the issue fixed in one day! She called that evening and told us about the issue, and that it was already taken care of, saving us a ton of worry and stress. We are extremely thankful for her hard work and dedication... we trusted Samantha Berg, we Trusted the Process, and now we have a great home for our family! Thank you Sam!!!

I’ve worked with a good handful of realtors in my life, and I must say that Mouse made things the most blissfully easy and pleasant I’ve ever experienced. He’s truly a ‘people person’, friendly and funny, and I will miss looking at houses with him. His knowledge of the workings of houses was far superior to anything I’ve experienced; and he had no problem rolling up his sleeves and doing extra dirty work like crawling under houses to look at things there which could be an issue. He’s highly proactive, and made sure to check in with me regularly. He was always available for a call if I had a question, and responded immediately to texts, both of which are rare. He understood from the beginning what my likes and dislikes were, as well as my communication preferences, and made sure to address/follow them with every house we looked at. Unlike other realtors who were just trying to sell a house, he really wanted to help me find my perfect house, and would honestly point out any possible deal breakers when he found them, so we could quickly move on to the next house (he did not waste my time, which I very much appreciate). In addition to this, he has NUMEROUS connections around this area, having grown up here, and made sure to find the most reasonable prices for the best estimates, inspections , etc. Even after closing last September, he’s still sending me useful information and reminders and checking in with me to make sure my new journey is successful. I’m so glad I trusted him, and if ever I need to look for another house, he will be my go to person! I’m a bit sad that I can only give 5 stars. Thank you, Mouse!
