We were moving from NJ and initially were looking in the Chapel Hill and Durham area but pivoted to Raleigh to be closer to the high school one of our sons was going to be attending. She helped line up a great home inspector, helped us find a lawyer for our closing, and recommended a home and auto insurance company.
