Working with Heather and her team has been the best experience I have ever had with selling my home. I would highly recommend Larose Realty Group to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home, whether you know exactly what you are looking for or are not. Heather is very responsive to any questions, and follows up on time with what you need. Very in-depth explanations on facts, and sound responses with reasoning if asked her opinion on the flow of the market. Her contractors used were reasonably priced and worked with us in timeframe and payment methods. Heather was quick to hold sub standard work accountable to the workers too. From start to finish with ups and downs in the market and timeline I had hoped for, it was never something I had to worry if I was missing anything. That was very important during the sell of my house that Heather and her team knocked out of the park. Highly recommend and will use again when I am ready to purchase!

We enjoyed working with Devin and Paulina during our remote home-buying process! Devin and Paulina helped us secure the perfect home completely virtually. They responded to our many questions and sent over any needed information in a timely manner. We were interested in homes a little further out in the triangle area and Devin would send us videos of the walkthroughs. His advice helped us secure our home at a fair price. He was able to give us referrals for all of the professionals we needed to complete the home purchase. Devin and Paulina worked well as a team to help us understand the process as first time homebuyers moving from the Midwest! They are friendly, down to earth, and professional.
