Timo and his wife Tanja were awesome . We spoke before we listed . They saved me a ton of money on repairs by making recommendations. We listed the house on Sunday May 5th had to offers Monday May 6th and closed on the house May 28th .

I highly recommend, Nancy! We were looking to move cross country from Phoenix to Holly Springs. She was a great partner and resource as she knew the area very well and she herself was able to relate to our needs having relocated herself 17 years ago. Recently when I flew out she showed her true self of going above and beyond when she came to my assistance at the downtown Raleigh hotel when the parking meter consumed my ticket and credit card! She even convinced the hotel manager to get a full night off my rate. During my visit she not only took me to houses but key locations that really helped me get a sense of the area. She gave up her Saturday to do this. When it came to choosing she handled the builders agent very well and also made the process easy by using eSign. She is committed to her customers and she knows her area very well! Call Nancy!
