I have been buying and selling real estate for most of my life. There are those that you hire that just do their job and those that go above and beyond. Carolyn is one of those people. Carolyn was referred to me by an acquaintance in Chicago. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, and sharp. She knows her stuff. I sold a four flat with her in Humboldt Park with Carolyn as the listing agent. She assessed the building and ask me to wait a couple months so that I could demonstrate higher rents. She told me that my units were underpriced by a couple hundred dollars and she was right. When lease renewal came we realized over $1100 more in revenue for the building and sold a hair under asking. Carolyn also coordinated painters, concrete vendors and cleaning people. Because I spend a good deal of time of town she let workers in to the property and made sure that things were done in the right way. This was priceless. Carolyn offered to do all of this for me. I have left deals and thought that agent was over-paid. Carolyn is worth every penny! Will only use her from now on.

My husband and I purchased our home in the Fort Bragg/Spring Lake area while still stationed in Germany, and that would not have been possible without Lillian! I highly recommend Lillian as a buyer's agent, she made an incredibly stressful process easy for us. Working with her did not feel like a business transaction at all, she took care of us and went above and beyond. In a crazy and competitive buyer's market, we had our first offer accepted on a home, based off of her advice. Lillian went to the house often to take pictures and videos of the progress for us, because we were still out of country, and she always made herself available to us and quick to reply despite the time difference. She took care of coordinating with a difficult appraiser who could not meet their appointments, communicated with the title company and lender, handled all paperwork and business items quickly and efficiently. She is also an expert in the area, and when she didn't know some information, she made it her priority to find us answers. We are first time home buyers and she made this process streamlined, reassuring us whenever I started to stress and having our backs when communicating with the builder/seller. Lillian is a fantastic realtor who gets her business through word of mouth and referrals because every client of hers only has great things to say. Thank you Lillian!
