My husband and I purchased our home in the Fort Bragg/Spring Lake area while still stationed in Germany, and that would not have been possible without Lillian! Lillian went to the house often to take pictures and videos of the progress for us, because we were still out of country, and she always made herself available to us and quick to reply despite the time difference. She took care of coordinating with a difficult appraiser who could not meet their appointments, communicated with the title company and lender, handled all paperwork and business items quickly and efficiently. She is also an expert in the area, and when she didn't know some information, she made it her priority to find us answers. We are first time home buyers and she made this process streamlined, reassuring us whenever I started to stress and having our backs when communicating with the builder/seller.
