Sharon was recommended to us by a friend and we're so happy she was! She has extensive knowledge of the whole process and was incredibly helpful in the purchase of our new home and sale of our old home. She worked with us to get to showings quickly, and was ready with insight and input on many of the homes we saw. Once we found our new home she connected us with a wonderful inspector and walked us through everything. On the sale of our old home, she gave us great input on staging and fielding showings and offers.

Cooper was excellent to work with! She is very knowledgeable & always had an answer to my hundreds of questions. While we may not have had the sale outcome we wanted, she helped us navigate the sale & had our backs!

this is a perfect example of someone coming in and taking partial commission from the listing realtor. Jan was extremely helpful, yet came across as judgmental towards our choices in property. We appreciate the fact she assisted us in purchasing our home, but we were far from comfortable with her demeanor. Our dealings with her we're scattered, insulting at times, and far from what we anticipated our first time home buyers experience to be. Having knowledge in home building, we constantly found Jan to question, and almost disapprove of our choices. Our dealings were 90% with the lending company, and not Jan, finding ourselves multiple times to be several steps ahead of her in the knowledge of where the lending status stood, or even general paperwork needing to be filled out. Overall, Jan is great, but we felt very dismissed, even slightly racially judged by her and will never deal with her again.

This is my first home. So you can imagine my nerves during this process. Yet, Kristina kept us calm, informed, and educated about the process from beginning to end. She got us into the house we wanted along with the deal we wanted. We could not have done it without. This is a great house thanks to the Lennar builders. So I don't see myself moving from here. But if I had to do it all again, I wouldn't do it without Kristina. She is highly recommended! Much love and success to you Kristina!!
