Stephanie was very helpful in the process of being first time home buyers. She was quick and responsive and really made the experience easy and smooth. We would definitely use her again in the future when we are in the market to move. Highly recommend!

Working with Jim was an absolutely wonderful experience for our family. From the very beginning, he took the time to truly understand not only what we were looking for in a home, but also the unique needs of our son. That level of care and attention meant everything to us. He was incredibly patient, thoughtful, and intentional in helping us find a home that would be the right fit for our family’s lifestyle. Whether it was considering layout, environment, or overall comfort, he always kept our son’s needs at the forefront of every showing and recommendation. Throughout the entire process, Jim was responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable, and we always felt like we had someone truly advocating for our family. What stood out the most was his genuine compassion and understanding. It never felt like just a transaction—he truly cared about helping us find a home where our family, especially our son, could feel safe, comfortable, and happy. We are so grateful for his dedication and would highly recommend Jim Vivian to anyone, especially families who may have specific or unique needs. You will be in the best hands.

My sister recommended him and everything she said was true. He keeps it real, doesn't sugar coat or talk in riddles or difficult to understand jargon, which is great since we were first time home buyers and we don't really know all the things. And he truly wanted to help us find the right house, not just a house so he could get paid. He worked with our strange schedules and was happy to go look at dozens of houses with us even after we started to decide against the first house we loved and were thinking about making an offer on. He's not going to let you move into a house that he wouldn't move into himself. So even those houses that looked great to us, he showed us what we couldn't see. And he was just about as happy as we were when we decided on our house and when we made an offer and when we signed. And even though we've signed and he's gotten paid, he is still checking in with us to make sure all is still going well with this new journey we're on.

Working with Toni Whitesides was an absolute pleasure! From the very first meeting, she explained the process clearly, kept me updated every step of the way, and always made herself available for questions. Thanks to her expertise and hard work, my home sold quickly at the full asking price. Toni’s professionalism, communication skills, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful time feel simple and smooth. I highly recommend Toni to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and results-driven real estate agent!

We had a wonderful experience working with Christine. She was incredibly responsive, thorough, and attentive throughout the entire home-buying process. She advocated for us, looked out for our best interests, and made sure we felt supported every step of the way. We truly appreciated her professionalism and dedication. Highly recommend!

she offered excellent and sound advice on what to do, and not to do to prepare for the listing. she was always available, just a phone call or visit away for any questions or concerns. A real pleasure to deal with.
