I met Lane through a friend who had known her for many years. My brother and I were trying to sell our late mother's home and I wanted to get an agent who neither of us knew who would help us through the process. Lane was immediately ready to get started and was empathetic and sensitive to the fact that our mother had recently passed. She was very reliable and wanted to make sure we knew exactly what was happening each step of the way. She went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied with all of the various situations that we had to work through.
