Brenda is so professional. She is interested is getting your property sold. We moved my family member in with us. She had the house cleaned the next day with a few repairs done and had the photographer there the day after. She priced it fairly and within a day had 3 offers on the table. We live 4 hours away and she followed up keeping us informed until the day the title changed hands and the sale funded. I found her in may when she showed my home in May. I'm so happy that she didn't price our property so high that it sat on the market for months like many of the comps did. We got more than asking and the transaction was seamless.
