Debbie is an exceedingly knowledgeable agent. When we were shopping around for an agent, I was impressed by her expertise and experience as I read a review online. When we met with her after having explained our goals over the phone, she came armed with good, credible information. She showed us comps, did a quick evaluation on our property, was honest about what needed to be done to get it ready for sale and cheered us on.
