Rob walked us through the sale of our home and gave solid advice about how to best show it. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the Long Island housing market. He didn't do an open house or use a lock box because he wanted to know everyone who was coming to our house and he was absolutely correct that we didn't want strangers wandering around the house unsupervised. We had a buyer in a little over a week and we sold for more than our asking price.

Jocelyn was amazing! As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions and Jocelyn was a great resource. I think she knew what I was looking for before I did. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Kelly Burke Kelly took us to multiple listings and were incredibly patient with our specific need to be within walking distance of the LIRR station. Whenever we felt nervous or unsure, Kelly guided us through every step of the process. She connected us with an excellent attorney, mortgage broker, and movers, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

We picked Kiernan because they are a very good agency, we did not have a mansion, we had some reservations thinking they would not get results or take on a ranch home, we gave it a shot and selected them because of the high reviews of an established agency in our town of Huntington. We had our house for sale with them during the most difficult and turmoltus economy and markets. Kiernan and his team helped us diligently prepare and inform us in every step to achieve results, they were open to our every needs and questions. Very happy with their support of one of the biggest decisions and moves of our life. It didn't matter that we were not a million dollar listing, we recieved the same diligent treatment and help. Thank you for all your agency's support and fantastic results.

Our property was in our family for seventy five years so it wasn’t easy to place our home on the market. Laurie and team understand this and were both kind and professional. They know the market well. Shortly after our first open house we had an offer above our listing price. Thanks Laurie!
