She is extremely helpful and supportive during the stressful time of selling one’s home. She is honest, trustworthy and sincerely cares about the needs of both her sellers and prospective buyers. She was my realtor when I bought my home 18 years ago and again when I sold it this week. In summary, she is truly a gem!!!

Nancy Rosaler has always been professional, knowledgeable and willing to help by answering my never ending questions about selling my home and buying another. Her to the point answers and explanations have allowed me to understand the best way to approach this complicated task. Having never done this before her patience and understanding of my unique situation has given me a sense of comfort and has allowed me to relax instead of increasing my anxiety in navigating this unusual real estate market. Having Carol Ann for my realtor, was absolutely the best part of my home buying experience! She is knowledgeable, attentive, actually listens to what you want, and is extremely prompt with any and all info. She has been in the business a long time and knows what she’s doing, she knows what listings to pull and what areas have what pros and cons. First time home buying is terrifying, Carol Ann made sure mine wasn’t. She pulled listings as soon as they came on the market, and each time I changed my mind, which was ALOT, on what I wanted, she came back with multiple listings for us to see. We saw a few properties together and just waking in the door she already has insight and helped me decide what my pros and cons were of each listing we saw. Having a realtor you can ask every little, what sometimes seem silly, question to, made my house hunting less stressful. Because Carol Ann has been in the realtor business for a long time, she has working relationships with other realtors, attorneys and lenders, making the entire home buying process a positive one! Once I decided on a house, everything from putting in an offer to closing, Carol Ann kept me informed every step of the way, keeping in constant contact with the other realtor and the attorney to make sure everything was going smoothly and in a very timely manner. I know she had other clients and showings during the same time we worked together, yet I never once felt like I wasn’t getting her best attention, professional knowledge and service. Once closing was scheduled, she made sure I knew what to expect next and what the next steps would be, up to, and after closing paperwork was signed. It’s been a few weeks since my closing and she has checked in a few times to see how the new homeowner process is going. I know a few other realtors, personally, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t have wanted to work with anyone else.
