Working with Matt Sharman and the Sharman Team was one of the best experiences we’ve had with a realtor. Matt truly goes above and beyond and stands out for his creativity/marketing, out-of-the-box thinking, negotiation skills, and communication. He made both buying our new home and selling our existing one feel seamless and smooth.Matt knows how to leverage social media to benefit his clients, and that really sets him apart. We’ve never worked with someone so hardworking and focused on putting the client first. His passion for real estate shines through, and it gave us confidence throughout the process. It was a real pleasure working with him. We highly recommend Matt!

Having worked in real estate closings for a number of years, I have dealt with countless realtors, and I can honestly say that I believe Michelle is the best realtor in Western New York - quite possibly even in the entire state! Her knowledge of the real estate process is exceptional, but what truly sets her apart is how she connects with people. She shares her experience and guidance in such a warm, personable way, making even the more overwhelming parts of buying or selling a home feel manageable. You feel supported, informed, and reassured every step of the way. Michelle is always there to answer questions, offer guidance, and keep everyone updated. She stays on top of the details and keeps things moving smoothly, and the care she puts into her work comes through in every interaction. Having someone so capable and dependable in your corner makes an incredible difference. I cannot recommend Michelle highly enough. If you’re looking for a realtor who combines outstanding expertise with warmth, dedication, and personal attention, she is absolutely the person you want by your side. Thank you, Michelle, for everything!
