Michelle was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Her communication was excellent — she kept us updated, answered my MANY questions, and was always honest and straightforward about what was happening. She knows the market, gave us great advice throughout the process, and when it came time to negotiate and work through issues, we always felt like she had our best interests in mind. And then came closing… which apparently needed a few extra plot twists. Michelle remained professional, calm and on top of everything, even when my patience was running a little thinner than hers. She handled the craziness, kept things moving, and helped get us across the finish line. Selling a house while moving out of state is no small task, and having an agent we could trust made a huge difference. We are on to the next adventure!
