Michelle was great with the information she gave me concerning homes in the area that sold or were being sold. I then had a good idea of what my home would sell for. She was very easy to work with. The photos taken of the home were great. It looked good enough for me to buy the home. All the transactions went smoothly. I did have to update the electrical panel and Michelle recommended a good electrician who did a great job. I was very pleased with her encouragement as I had not sold a home before. All things considered I would highly recommend her as your real estate agent. She was very professional and knowledgeable about real estate in this area. This was a family home that was lived in for over 50 years. I live in California. It was very important to have a realtor that could help me coordinate things with the issue of the time difference between New York and California. I am so happy and pleased that the house sold and hope that the new owners will have 50 wonderful years living in the house as our family did. The sale went very smoothly from start to finish. Michelle was a great realtor. She kept up communication with us on a weekly, sometimes daily basis. We had many issues with buyers and their loan companies, and she taught us as well as represented us to the buyers. Different loan companies need various amounts of information and we had to inspect for termites, water damage, and complete small projects in order to please the loan companies. Ours was a very old house with many conditions that had to be met. Ex. Two of the upstairs bedrooms had no heat register, so they could not be considered bedrooms by a loan company. Michelle was in touch with lawyers from both sides, the buyers agent, and the buyer himself. Michelle showed the house numerous times and gave us feedback. We were extremely pleased with all she could do, to make this house sellable. We would not hesitate to recommend her in the future!
