Since we were first-time homebuyers we required some guidance on the process and Sarah had patience with us the whole way through, which we are very thankful for. Kelly was exceptional to work with, always pleasant & kind. If I had questions, she called back immediately with answers & helped break down any aspects of the process that I didn’t understand. She was extremely collaborative, always wanting to discuss things before going ahead & very supportive of the ways in which I wanted to handle the sale. This was a long-distance sale, so she was willing to help with any special requests & really went beyond in her assistance. Additionally, she was extremely calming & supportive though this can be a detailed & stressful time. I would highly recommend her services, she was a real pleasure to work with.
