Even when there was a slight hiccup with the bank that extended the closing process (which had me losing my mind to say the least), Tim was constantly in communication with the sellers agent/attorneys and reassured me that everything would work out fine. Lastly, even months after the closing has taken place— Tim still is in communication with me, making sure that all is running smoothly and letting me know he’s there for any questions. I could not recommend him enough.
