My experience in working with Tim Smith was nothing short of exceptional. As someone who was doing their first ever transaction in real estate, the entire process seemed daunting initially. However, Tim put any nerves at ease right off the bat. After just one conversation, it became abundantly clear that I was working with an extremely knowledgable person who genuinely cared about finding the right deal for me. Always available for any questions/property viewings, Tim walked me through every single step of the way and made sure there was never anything left unanswered. Even when there was a slight hiccup with the bank that extended the closing process (which had me losing my mind to say the least), Tim was constantly in communication with the sellers agent/attorneys and reassured me that everything would work out fine. Lastly, even months after the closing has taken place— Tim still is in communication with me, making sure that all is running smoothly and letting me know he’s there for any questions.
