Last summer, we texted Tim Smith out of the blue, at 9pm on a Friday night on a holiday weekend. He responded immediately, and before 8am the next morning we had the full lowdown about the property we were interested in, as well as super-detailed information about the specific neighborhood. Less than a month later we closed on the property. Tim is a fantastic agent! Throughout the process as our buyer's agent, Tim was helpful, very responsive and had an extensive knowledge of Buffalo real estate matters, from the big picture market level down to very specific neighborhoods. Visiting the property together multiple times, Tim's construction/renovation background and eye for detail really helped us identify important specifics about the property that we might have missed otherwise. Tim is very thoughtful and gets to know his clients. He asked us questions that definitely helped us step back and analyze our short- and long-term goals, and was an excellent guide helping us down the right path. Tim Smith was an excellent person to work with to sell my mother's home. Tim was trustworthy, very knowledgeable, and always responsive to our questions and concerns. He listened carefully to our needs and goals. He was very honest about what we might need to paint, clean, or remove, but he always remained sensitive to the sentimental attachments we had to the house my mother lived in for many years. Tim promoted the sale by taking excellent pictures of my mother's home, which he used to create an effective brochure and online presence that highlighted the house's strengths. His description of the house also helped promote the sale. Tim always went the extra step, even creating a very clever and persuasive video. Selling a home can be stressful, but working with Tim made it manageable. We grew to like Tim very much and came to trust him and his advice. He was always professional, responded quickly, and we never doubted the hard work he put in on our behalf. With Tim's help, we set a fair price, did repairs that helped the sale, and received several offers in just a few days. Tim is an excellent realtor whom I would recommend without hesitation.
