Bought our first house, and Nick was amazing!

Nick was very knowledgeable and patient with us during the whole process! We were looking for our first house last summer sort of on the fly because we didn’t anticipate buying in 2025, but we decided we needed to get out of our old apartment asap! Nick was incredible about scheduling us in to see different properties and was very down to Earth and easygoing while pointing out very important details to us. We never felt pressure to pick a property. We had placed an offer on one house and it was accepted, but ultimately my husband (and then later on myself as well) decided it was not the right place for us. Nick was so patient and worked with us through that. I had a lot of FOMO (fear of missing out) when we first were looking and we definitely jumped the gun on that one! But it all worked out because the next home we made an offer on was the keeper! And we are happy with where we ended up! Nick was a wonderful guide and we really appreciate him and absolutely recommend him to others as an agent! Thank you again Nick! Bless you and your family!

Best Realtor Out There- He Truly Cares

I would be lying if I didn't admit I considered selling my house without a Realtor, and I'm glad I ended up calling Nick. Nick spent months helping us find the right home, showing after showing after showing. Never once did he get impatient, annoyed, and he always gave us honest feedback. His goal wasn't to get a sale fast, it was to take the time and find the right house. Nick helped us find a beautiful home, guided us on when and how to offer, and helped navigate the entire process. He was always available with perfect communications. He also helped us sell our house fast, with an abundance of offers after an insanely busy open house coupled with numerous private showings. Buying & selling a house can be complex, and scary! Nick made it easy! I 100% recommend Nick!

Sean was a fantastic realtor. He knew what we wanted and made sure they locate houses within our descriptions and budget. In the process of closing, he was available to answer questions and gave timely updates from the sellers. I would 100% work with him again and would recommend him to anyone trying to purchase a home
